Prayer for Anxiety
Anxiety can leave us feeling trapped within our own thoughts. God invites us to cast all our cares upon Him, for He cares for us. This prayer helps you release the weight you carry and discover true rest.
Prayer
Lord, my heart is restless and my mind finds no peace. I come before You bearing the weight of anxiety that has suffocated my spirit. You have told me not to be anxious about anything, but in everything to bring my requests to You in prayer. So here I am, laying down each fear, each troubling thought at Your feet. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. Remind me that I am not alone, that You walk with me in every uncertain moment. Transform my anxiety into confidence, my fear into faith. Grant me the grace to rest in the assurance that You are in control of all things. Amen.
