Prayer for Peace
True peace does not depend on our circumstances. Jesus promised a peace unlike anything the world offers—a peace that holds steady even in the midst of life's storms. This prayer invites you to receive that supernatural peace for your own heart and to intercede for it across the world around you.
Prayer
God of peace, I come before You seeking the peace that only You can give. Not the peace the world promises and fails to deliver, but the peace that surpasses all understanding—the peace that guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let it flow into me now, sweeping away the conflict within. I also intercede for peace in our world, in the nations, in families and communities torn apart by division. Where there is war and strife, raise up instruments of reconciliation and healing. Make me an agent of peace where I live and work, laboring for the shalom You desire for all creation. Grant that I may be a peacemaker, reflecting Your character and Your kingdom. Amen.
