Prayer Before Sleep

The moments before sleep are sacred. In the quiet of evening, we reflect on the day behind us and prepare our hearts for rest. This prayer before sleep invites you into a gentle ritual of thanksgiving, honest reflection, and surrender—preparing your soul for restorative sleep in God's care.

Prayer

Father, this day is complete, and I come before You now. Thank You for each moment—for the challenges that shaped me and the joys that reminded me of Your goodness. Where I have stumbled, I ask Your forgiveness. Where I have been wounded, I lay that pain at Your feet. I release all that remains undone, all that weighs upon my mind. You who neither sleep nor slumber, watch over me and my family through this night. Let my rest restore my body and clear my mind. Meet me tomorrow with renewed strength to serve and love. I will rest in You. Amen.
