Prayer for Times of Crisis
Crisis arrives without warning and can leave us unmoored. Yet Scripture assures us that God draws especially near in life's darkest hours. This prayer for times of crisis helps you find solid ground when the earth beneath you trembles.
Prayer
Lord, I am in crisis. Words fail me because the pain runs deep. Yet I know I need not speak eloquently for You to hear me. You are present in this difficult moment as surely as in any other. You do not abandon me when things fall apart—rather, it is here that You draw closest. Grant me strength for the next step only, not the whole path ahead. Let me not lose hope or surrender to despair. From this crisis, help me emerge with deeper faith and a wiser heart. May I know Your faithfulness in the breaking, and Your restoration in the healing. Amen.
