Galatians

6 chapters · 149 verses · Paul · ~49 AD

Paul is furious. Someone is telling his converts they need to follow the Law to be saved — and they're buying it. This letter is a theological firebomb.

Overview

Galatians is Paul's angriest letter and his clearest statement on freedom. False teachers told Gentile believers they needed circumcision and Law-keeping to be truly saved. Paul explodes: "Who has bewitched you?" His argument: you started with grace; don't finish with performance. The fruit of the Spirit passage lives here.
