Common misconception

People think this promises life will be easy for Christians. Jesus explicitly says the opposite—you WILL have trouble, but He's already won the war.

How this verse has been applied

When anxiety hits, say out loud: 'Jesus has already won.' Don't argue with your feelings—just state the fact.
